  The offer applies to Platinum and Signature cards issued on or after July 1, 2026.

• 

  Customers can issue a Plastic Card free of charge during the campaign period.

• 

  The offer applies to international point-of-sale (POS) and online purchases only and excludes domestic transactions.

• 

  Transactions are classified as domestic or international based on the merchant classification.

• 

  If your card was issued before July 1, 2026, you may issue a new eligible card to benefit from this offer.

• 

  Terms & Limits of Service apply to Mobily Pay.

• 

  Mobily Pay has the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the offer without prior notice.

• 

  Mobily Pay has the right to exclude or stop the user's offer in case of suspicion or misuse of any activity that violates Mobily Pay policies.

• 

  Mobily Pay's decision on eligibility and qualifying transactions is final and binding.
