These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Mobily Pay Wallet Terms and Conditions and shall be read in conjunction with them. In case of any conflict, the Mobily Pay Wallet Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

• 1-1 These Terms apply to the World Cup Challenge Game offered by Mobily Pay during the campaign period.
• 1-2 Participation in the game constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
• 1-3 This game does not constitute gambling or a game of chance, and no financial consideration is required to participate.

• 2-1 Participation is limited to registered Mobily Pay users.
• 2-2 Participation is subject to the user’s account status, regulatory eligibility, and applicable service limits.
• 2-3 No financial transaction is mandatory to participate in the game.
• 2-4 Mobily Pay reserves the right to disqualify any user who violates these Terms or misuses the game.

• 3-1 The game will run during the campaign days determined by Mobily Pay.
• 3-2 The game consists of 17 competition days.
• 3-3 One question will be available during each competition day.
• 3-4 Missed questions cannot be recovered, compensated, or replayed.

• 4-1 Each user is presented with a question and multiple flags.
• 4-2 The user must select the correct flag based on the displayed question.
• 4-3 Each question is available for 24 hours only.
  
• 4-4 Users have one attempt per question.
  
• 4-5 If an incorrect flag is selected, the challenge is considered completed and cannot be retried.
  
• 4-6 Questions and answers will be displayed based on the application language.

• 5-1 Each competition question expires after 24 hours.
• 5-2 Upon expiry, the previous challenge is closed and a new challenge becomes available according to the campaign schedule.

• 6-1 Users are included in the leaderboard only after selecting the correct answer.
• 6-2 Ranking is determined based on the correct answer and the fastest completion time.
• 6-3 Leaderboard updates occur according to the schedule determined by Mobily Pay.
• 6-4 User identities displayed on the leaderboard are masked to protect privacy.

• 7-1 Five winners will be selected for each competition day based on the leaderboard ranking.
• 7-2 All rewards will be credited directly to the winner’s Mobily Pay wallet.

• 8-1 One winner will be selected at the end of each weekly round (Weekend) based on the Hat-trick leaderboard ranking.
• 8-2 All rewards will be credited directly to the winner’s Mobily Pay wallet.
• 8-3 Users are eligible to win the Hat-trick prize only once during the game period.

• 9-1 Users may select the national team they expect to win the tournament.
• 9-2 Team selection can only be submitted once and cannot be modified.
• 9-3 Customers who correctly predict the winning team may be eligible for a separate prize draw in accordance with the campaign rules announced by Mobily Pay.

• 10-1 Game rules, ranking logic, and winning criteria will be clearly communicated within the application prior to participation.
• 10-2 Continued participation constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these rules.

• 11-1 Mobily Pay reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any user in cases of fraud, manipulation, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• 12-1 Mobily Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the game or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• 12-2 Users will be notified of any material changes through the application.
• 12-3 Mobily Pay’s general terms and conditions, as well as service limits, shall apply.
• 12-4 Mobily Pay reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time.

• 13-1 Mobily Pay shall not be liable for any technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• 13-2 All results and decisions generated by the game systems shall be deemed final and binding.

• 14-1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• 15-1 By participating in the game, users agree that Mobily Pay may announce the winner’s first name or a limited form of the winner’s identity through its official channels, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
